We don't make any of it. That's the point.
Most companies in this category sell you their own sauna, their own plunge, their own panel. They have to, because it's what they build.
We build nothing. So when you ask which chair is worth $9,000 and which isn't, or whether infrared or traditional suits your room, the answer isn't shaped by what's in our warehouse. We carry a small, deliberately short list of brands and we can tell you honestly where each one is strong.
An interval is the unit of contrast therapy: heat, cold, rest, repeat. It's also how we think about a room.
